What documents do I need to rent a bike?
A valid driving licence and any government-issued ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport). No security deposit required for rentals under 7 days.
Is a helmet provided with the rental?
Yes! Every rental comes with a complimentary ISI-certified helmet at no extra charge. Pillion helmets available on request.
Do you offer monthly scooty rental plans?
Yes! Our monthly plan starts at ₹9,000/month and is ideal for daily commuters. Includes unlimited km, free servicing, and priority support.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel?
Yes! We offer paid doorstep delivery to your hotel within our service area. Call us to confirm availability and delivery charges.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Our 24/7 roadside support team will be dispatched immediately. If the issue can't be resolved on-site, we'll replace your bike at no extra cost.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The bike is handed over with a noted fuel level, and you are responsible for all fuel costs during the rental. Please return the bike with the same fuel level as at pickup — if returned with less, a refuelling charge will apply.
